TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The proposed cost/schedule is based on the scope and assumptions stated above. Any change in scope or assumptions will be reviewed for its schedule and cost impact.
2. Our costs do not include any taxes or levies. This will be borne by the client.
3. It will be the responsibility of the client personnel to provide a list of objects such as schedule of the company’s assets, vehicles, plants, bank statements, invoices, ledgers and other source documents.
4. We prefer all payments to be made by cheque or demand draft. The cheque or demand drafts should be addressed to YKC Enterprise Support Ltd, payable at Abuja.
5. A sign-up fee is applicable to all new customers.
